Our meeting rooms and conference halls have flexible furnishings and can be set up just the way you prefer. Our conference team is on hand with technical support, tailored arrangements, and a swift response whenever you need assistance.
Buick
70–90 participants
Buick is perfect if you want a medium-sized hall for your event. The hall can be divided into two, and is ideal as a press room and secretariat for larger conferences.
The Geiranger Hall
160–600 participants
Geirangersalen is our largest banquet hall; perfect for major congresses, conferences, and weddings. The adjustable stage offers great flexibility and opens up for many possibilities. The ceiling height is 5.5 meters, and the panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and fjord landscape.
Pulpit Rock
30–110 participants
Preikestolen is well suited for smaller conferences, celebrations, exhibitions, and intimate gatherings. Preikestolen can be divided into two breakout rooms.
Cadillac
10–50 participants
Cadillac provides the perfect setting for meetings or smaller gatherings. The room has carpeted floors and its own veranda.
Nash
4–12 participants
Nash can, for example, be used as a meeting room for up to 26 people, or as a breakout room for 10 people by dividing the hall in two.
Lobby
A perfect addition
The foyer is often used for parties, gatherings and aperitifs, but also as a break area or exhibition space. The hall is directly connected to Geirangersalen and several other meeting rooms. The foyer has its own entrance, adapted for, among other things, driving cars inside.

Every afternoon you can enjoy a relaxing, warming experience for the senses in the sauna at Union Spa. If you have access to the spa, this is included.

We offer several lounges designed for silence and rest. Put your phone on silent and sink into a comfortable chair, whether by the fireplace, in the library, or in a quiet room, and let calm wash over you.
Japanese hot bath
A Japanese hot bath soothes stiff muscles and joints, with a beautiful view of the mountains along the fjord.
