At Union Geiranger, quality is more than a goal – it’s the foundation of everything we do. In Restaurant Fjorden, you’ll find a buffet built on excellent ingredients, local flavors, and inspiration from modern cuisine.
Everything you find on the buffet is made from scratch by our own chefs. This gives pure flavours, high quality, and a dining experience we are proud to share with you.
Here you can enjoy a varied selection* of meat and fish dishes, fresh salads, and a tempting dessert table filled with homemade favorites. Try our classic caramel pudding, or discover sweet specialties such as cannelés, tiramisu, and macarons.

Cafe Løsta
On the 3rd floor by the pool area you’ll find Café Løsta. Here we serve light lunch dishes and other refreshments. You can order drinks and snacks to enjoy by the pool, or savour fresh, light meals indoors or out in the garden in your bathrobe.
