We have long experience with meetings and gatherings, and we know what it takes for you to be able to focus fully on your agenda. That’s why we offer a tailored lunch-to-lunch package that includes meals, accommodation, and suggestions for activities and entertainment.

Can be adjusted to suit your wishes. Coffee, tea and water are always available in the meeting room. Break-time refreshments and snacks can be added on request.
Day 1
- 10:30Departure by boat from Ålesund. The meeting can happily start on board, with a serving of light snacks and drinks.
- 13:30Arrival in Geiranger. We collect the luggage at the quay while the guests walk the beautiful waterfall trail up to the hotel. Check-in upon arrival.
- 14:00 Lunch in Restaurant Fjorden.
- 14:45Meeting starts at Union Geiranger. Coffee, tea, iced water and fruit are served in the meeting room.
- 5:30 PMMeeting ends.
- 17:30–19:30Leisure time. Enjoy Union Bad & Spa, explore the nature around the hotel, or join an activity. We are happy to help with suggestions.
- 19:30Aperitif in the Vintage Car Garage.
- 8:00 p.m. Dinner in Restaurant Fjorden or Mollaløa.
Day 2
- 07:30–09:00Breakfast in Restaurant Fjorden.
- 09:00Meeting starts. Coffee, tea, iced water and fruit are served in the meeting room.
- 11:00Coffee break and check-out.
- 13:00–13:45 Lunch in Restaurant Fjorden.
- 13:45–15:30 Meeting.
- 3:30 PM End of meeting and walk down to the quay. The hotel will transport the luggage.
- 16:00Boat departure to Ålesund.
- 19:00Arrival in Ålesund.

Nash
Nash can, for example, be used as a meeting room for up to 26 people, or as a breakout room for 10 people by dividing the room in two. Participants: 4–12
Buick
Buick is perfect if you're looking for a medium-sized room for your event. The room can be divided in two, and works excellently as a press room and secretariat for larger conferences. Participants: 70–90
Cadillac
Cadillac provides the perfect setting for meetings or smaller gatherings. The meeting room also has its own veranda. Participants: 20–50
Preikestolen
Preikestolen is well suited for smaller conferences, celebrations, exhibitions and intimate gatherings. Preikestolen can be divided into two breakout rooms. Participants: 36–110
