Silence and tranquility are the very framework for deep, genuine inner cleansing. That’s why the atmosphere in our spa area plays such an important role. The age limit is 18, but as a parent you may bring children from 16 years and up.

A visit to Union Spa should be relaxing and completely stress-free. If you have reserved a treatment, we recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes before your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to change, enjoy our heat and water experiences, and get ready. If something causes you to arrive late for your scheduled treatment, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly, out of consideration for the next guest. Always drink plenty of water before your treatment begins.

Everyone visiting Union Spa is offered a tour to get better acquainted with what we provide. If you would like a tour of Union Spa without wearing a bathrobe, you can book this in advance for a time outside our regular opening hours.

You’ll find towels at various stations inside Union Spa, and for hygiene reasons we kindly ask that you use these when visiting the sauna, steam bath and heated benches. In the relaxation areas, please remove wet swimwear or use a towel on the loungers. As an Eco-Lighthouse certified hotel, we hope you will help us take care of the environment.

Take a moment just for yourself before you begin your treatment. A swim indoors or out is a wonderful way to unwind. Or perhaps a cleansing sauna, a Japanese hot bath, or our experience showers. This gently warms both body and soul, so you get the very most out of your treatments. After your treatment or a visit to the sauna area, we recommend spending some unhurried time in our relaxation zones. Here you can rest, drift off to sleep, or enjoy a good read.

All our spa guests are provided with soft, comfortable bathrobes and slippers, which we kindly ask everyone to wear when visiting Union Spa.

In the wet areas and sauna, swimwear is required. Please use your bathrobe and slippers when you are in the relaxation zones. You can store jewelry and personal belongings in the lockable changing room lockers.

Most body treatments and massages are carried out while wearing underwear or swimwear. Disposable underwear is also available. We recommend disposable underwear for treatments that involve coloring.
