Yoga in the tower

During the summer season and on selected weekends, we offer yoga in the tower at Union Geiranger.

Through simple movements, breathing and presence, you get the chance to stretch out, find balance and gather new energy after the day’s experiences. The class is suitable for all levels and offers a lovely combination of strength, mobility and relaxation.

Yoga isn’t about performance – it’s about giving your body and mind a gentle, well-deserved break.

The yoga sessions take place in the tower, but if the weather allows, we may also hold them outdoors in the hotel garden.

You’ll find the tower by taking one of the elevators to the fifth floor, then locating the staircase that leads up to the room on the corner facing the river/raudebuda.
