Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 15 days before the activity starts
- If cancelled between 15 and 7 days before the activity starts, we will charge 50% of the total cost
- In case of cancellation during the last 7 days before the activity starts, we will charge 100% of the total coast
Payment
- We will invoice a deposit of 20% when the booking is confirmed
- We will invoice the amount due 15 days before the activity starts
May 1st, May 17th, December 24th and 25th, and January 1st are subject to a 50% surcharge
Safety regulations – kayaking
- You must be able to swim.
- Maximum weight for the participant: 120 kg.
- The age limit for kayaking is 5 years (during the year) for family trips.
- Persons under the age of 18 must have the approval of a parent/responsible
person to participate. - You are obliged to follow the safety instructions.
- Make sure you have understood the content of the safety instruction.
- You are obliged to follow the guide’s instructions and messages at any time.
- If something is unclear, remember to ask!
- If you use medication or have previous injuries that may be affected by the
activity, you are obliged to inform us about this before the activity. - In the event of an emergency or injury, I authorize Uteguiden AS and its
representatives to seek and administer medical treatment on my behalf.
Access to the activities is not recommended for persons with
- Heart/lung problems
- Back/neck problems
- Other physical challenges
- If you are unsure, contact us before booking
Participation in the activities is not allowed for persons who are
- Influenced by alcohol or other intoxicants
- Outside the age/weight/swimming requirements
Safety equipment
- You are obliged to familiarize yourself with and use the safety equipment
- provided for the activity.
- If you use your own equipment, you are obliged to ensure that it is in proper
- condition, and do so at your own risk.
