Become a Junior Ranger in the Geirangerfjord

Visiting Geiranger with children? Then we have a tip for you: Junior Ranger Nature Activities is an active and educational experience for the whole family, right next to the Norwegian Fjord Centre.

Through play and exploration, children get to experience the World Heritage up close – with animal hides, stones and minerals, traditional timber frames, grass skis, and the story of how the fjord landscape was formed. An experienced fjord ranger guides the family through the activities, and along the way the children learn about geology, wildlife, and the cultural history of the Geirangerfjord.

Explore. Discover. Learn.
